Is there a book that gives values for old record albums?
whirliekurlie asked:
I recently acquired a vast collection of record albums and I would like to sell them. However, I do not want to give them away; hence, no eBay or other sites such as it. The only problem lies in the fact that I have no idea what to ask for these records. Is there a book that gives an estimate of the value of records (similar to the Kelly Blue Book for cars)? If not, how do record stores come up with their prices?

Record Collector magazine has a rare record price guide that’s fairly easy to obtain – probably costs about £15 in UK money.
